Kicking Off The New Year With Useful Baby Products!
To kick off the New Year, I wanted to share some new baby products that I’ve been using and loving from Walmart!
One of my biggest goals for 2020 was to get myself out of the house and outside with the kids. Sometimes when it’s cold or for another reason, it’s easy to stay in our cozies inside. But we always are in a better mood and feel good getting fresh air outside and when we get our bodies moving. Plus, it’s still warm and sunny most days here in Southern California, so I don’t have that great of an excuse really haha! I also want to start getting back in shape for summer now. It’s hard to leave the kids with a sitter to go workout, so I have been doing small workouts at home and also doing walks around the neighborhood.
Ever since we got the BOB double jogging stroller, taking kids on walks or runs have been so.much.fun! I look forward to doing our daily walks with the BOB double jogging stroller. I heard so many amazing things about it from all my mom friends who had multiple kids. It is easy to maneuver and push, and I love all the features. The seats can recline or be positioned upright so the child can look around easily. I love how the canopies come down really far to block the sun, and there is a peek-a-boo screen on top so I can look down while I’m running to check on the kids. It is easy to control and surprisingly lightweight for a double. This would be a great double stroller to bring to an amusement park or vacation also because it has ample storage underneath- which I love! I also love the hidden pockets behind the seats to store small items like keys. Also the handlebar is adjustable too.
Some other baby products that I’ve loved and used often with my second baby is the LILLEBaby carrier. It is my favorite baby carrier I’ve used so far! First, it is so comfy to wear and stylish too. I bought my first LILLEbaby carrier when Kennedy was an infant, after she outgrew the wrap style carriers. It made doing chores around the house and doing quick errands like getting the mail so much easier. This time around, I got the LILLEbaby in grey and love it still!! It by far is one of my top baby items. Most people don’t think it’s necessary to get a carrier, but I think as a mom of two it is a lifesaver. I’m able to chase after my three year old and have my hands free to do things with her on the playground or when we are out and about. I don’t have to worry about leaving Dane in the stroller while I tend to Kennedy. It has lumbar support which is great, because my back needs that as Dane is getting heavier. I still love my wrap style carriers, but this one offers more stable support when moving around. I also love how I can easily put it on by myself without any help. My husband loves using it too!! This is another must-have if you have more than one kid!
