Playtime Favorites from Walmart!
Sharing our playtime favorites and toys Kennedy has been loving lately from Walmart!
I once heard a child’s only job when they’re little is to play! I cherish playtime with Kennedy since I’ve been so busy with Dane lately. I always set time aside during the day when Dane is napping to solely devote to Kennedy. But when Dane is awake, he also loves to watch his sister laugh, sing and play! One of my go-to places for getting toys for Kennedy is at Walmart. They carry an extensive assortment of kids toys and all the top toy brands. I love how I can easily find everything online or right in my local store. I love that they carry all the toys from shows Kennedy is loving right now- Paw Patrol, Spirit, and Peppa Pig. I love that Walmart delivers which is so convenient for this busy mama. Kennedy is OBSESSED with her Minnie Mouse phone. It’s such a fun, and interactive toy. I love how it lets Kennedy use her imagination and create stories and conversations. Another favorite toy we found at Walmart was the Peppa Pig Learn and Discover Book. This 14-page book has four learning modes: letters, music, story and search-and-find the objects on the pages. That is Kennedy’s favorite show right now, so this has been keeping her busy a lot lately. Kennedy is almost 3 years old, and it’s easy to use. Toddlers can read along with Peppa all by themselves with this easy-to-use interactive book. They can also practice learning the letters of the alphabet and new vocabulary words with Peppa Pig. She also loves cuddling with me on the couch with her Spirit horse and watching her show!
If you’ve seen some of my IG stories, I shared how we’ve been using Mommy Rocks as an incentive to get Kennedy potty trained. It worked so amazing, and (knock on wood) she hasn’t had any accidents yet. How it works is every time Kennedy goes potty, she gets to put a rock in her jar. When her jar is full of potty rocks, she gets to pick out a new toy! She filled up her jar with potty rocks, helping rocks, and kindness rocks, so we let her pick out three new toys on our last trip to our local Walmart. If you need a go-to place for your child’s toys for birthdays, holidays, etc., Walmart is the place to shop!!
