How to Make Boo Baskets for Halloween!

This Halloween I made these festive Boo Baskets for my kids! Im sharing everything I included in them and how I put them together!

Now that my kids are a little older I LOVE holiday traditions and making the holidays magical for them. That’s one of my greatest joys being a mom is creating the magic of holidays for them! One of our favorite Halloween traditions is on October 1st I surprise them both with “Boo Baskets”! It helps to amp up the excitement around Halloween for the rest of the month and how could you resist making a basket this cute? It’s just so fun! The stores I like to search for items at are Target or the Dollar Tree- you don’t have to spend a lot to make it cute! I always wind up picking up items that are festive and I know they’ll love such as coloring books, halloween pajamas, books and a small game or toy!

You’ve been Boo’ed!

Another tradition we love to do is make Boo Baskets for friends to “Boo” them and drop it off on their doorstep! It is so fun and the kids get so excited to drop it off secretly on their doorstep! I include a cute postcard with instructions on it to pass along the tradition around your neighborhood! It’s a fun take on “Secret Santa” but for Halloweentime!
