Happy Hump Day ya’ll! Alex makes fun of me and I get weird looks from people here in So Cal when I say ya’ll, but some things from living in Texas just stuck with me! Things just sound better when you say ya’ll- am I right?! I feel like I am finally getting so excited for Spring and all the new things that are out now. January/ February is a funky time because the holidays are over but Spring isn’t here yet. But I have gotten into Spring gear lately and found some super cute finds I know you’ll love too!
I found this flowy half button top and loved it right away! Free People has always been my absolute favorite brand since high school, so I love everything thing they make- from tops to jeans! I was hesitant at first to get it because I read it runs very large. But I sized down to an extra small and it fits great. The fit is over-sized and very unstructured. I am loving easy breezy tops like this for Spring. It can be worn un-tucked, tied in a knot in the front or tucked in the front of your jeans for a more put-together look. I got the Lilac color and am going to order the black and white colors as well (comes in 6 different colors). That is how much I am obsessed with this top!!! If I know I will wear something over and over again, I think it is a good investment to get rather than buy something I know I will wear a couple times and forget about!
I ordered this white lace bralette to wear underneath to add some dimension to the look- and I LOVE it!!! This bralette is a great staple this Spring and Summer to wear under anything. It makes any slouchy or off the shoulder top or sweater look that much more amazing. It comes in 8 different colors and is really soft. I wear it over my regular bra (I love this bra) or you can wear alone!
I paired this top with these new Platform Espadrille Sandals and these skinny jeans
(only $78). I have been loving the past couple months! I love these platform sandals because of how easy they are to wear all day and they are super cute with jeans or dresses! I can wear them on the weekends going out with my family and for church as well. They make a great staple in-between sandal/heel for this season. I find myself grabbing them to wear with most of my weekend outfits lately. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in too. I am wearing the Rose Blush color but I am dying to get the Cognac Color too!
