My Five Minute Skincare Routine for a Busy (and tired) Mama!

For the longest time I was dreading getting older and having to deal with looking older. But I realized, age is really just a number and you don’t have to look as old as you are! In today’s post, I want to share a super simple and easy skincare routine anyone can do and actually stick with!! After I put the kids to bed, I always take time to unwind and spend some me-time on taking care of myself. I realized the more I just go-go-go and give all of my myself, without taking time to invest in my personal care, I wasn’t the best version of myself or the best mom. I always look forward to this time because I can relax, get recharged and feel calmed down for bed.

FIRST STEP: I always wash my face!!! I don’t care how tired I am, I can never fall asleep without washing my face and getting all the oil and makeup off. This takes literally 30 seconds and you can use a washcloth or an exfoliating tool too!
