MY SKINCARE ROUTINE!

I have always loved beauty and skincare products since I can remember! I’m always trying and testing out new products and seeing which brands work best for my skin. Since I hit the teenage years, I’ve always struggled with moderate acne and redness on my skin. After trying tons of different products over the years, I’ve pretty much narrowed down the ones that work the best for my skin! I tried Plastic  Surgeon Dr. Rucker’s  skincare line called Enza Skincare, and have loved the results!!! My redness and discoloration is dramatically diminished and I have hardly any acne ever anymore. I’m very picky with products I review and use on myself, and have found amazing results with Enza!

Every morning I wash my face with Enza face wash and ALWAYS apply sunscreen everyday- rain or shine! Suncreen is so important because it protects the delicate skin on your face from harsh UV rays which will eventually cause wrinkles, sun spots, and rough textured skin. It’s easy to prevent wrinkles by just getting in the habit of applying sunscreen to your face, neck and chest everyday! I use between SPF 20-30 for everyday, and higher for when I’m at the beach. Every other day I use Enza Vitamin C serum.

Before I workout, I always remove my makeup and make sure my skin is clean. When you sweat, it is easier for makeup and dirt to penetrate your pores and clog them. I also always wash my face right afterwards to remove any acne causing sweat and bacteria.

Every night I remove my makeup with a makeup removal wipe- I use Neutrogena Makeup Removal Wipes. Then I clean my skin with the Enza Cool Sustaining Cleanser, apply Glycolic Serum (every other day), and Enza Sustaining Glow Creme to moisturize my skin. I hate the feel of my skin being dry, and always apply a ton of moisturizer to my face and body after I shower!!!
