8 THINGS TO DO THIS NOVEMBER

1. Get a head start on your New Year’s Resolutions: Every time the new year comes around, I always set new goals, most of which include working out more and getting into the best shape of my life. Why not get a head start and start setting new goals BEFORE the New Year?!

2. Snuggle Up: Here in Utah, the temperature is dropping fast which means snow is coming soon! I got this adorable and oh so soft onesie from Target to keep me warm at night. I also got my fiancé Alex one from Target too;)

3. Autumn Nails: One thing I’m a sucker for is pretty nails and a nice manicure. There are tons of amazing fall colors for nails out there; burgundy red, jet black or a bright christmas red are sure to liven up your fall outfits! Check out Essie for some amazing fall polishes!

4. Month of Thanks: The fastest and best way to stay happy and positive is to remember everything you are grateful for!!! Since November is the month of being thankful and giving, keep a journal and write down everything you are grateful for every morning and night. On Thanksgiving, look back on what you wrote everyday and share it with your family and friends! Also, download the “Gratitude” App here to keep tract of it on your phone!

5. Try a New Recipe: I have about a hundred recipes pinned on my Pinterest, but I think it’s the perfect time to actually start using them! Get your loved one or friends together and pick a recipe from your Pinterest to cook together!

6. Rock a Deep Purple Lip: I have always been partial to a soft pink lip, but this fall I have been obsessed with the purple lips I’ve been seeing everywhere! I got myself the most perfect purple lipstick at MAC, which looks good on all skin tones and isn’t too overpowering! Here is a link to it here!

7. Infuse Your Home With The Scents of Fall: I love all the amazing candles and smells of fall when I walk into a home! I always find the best fall candles at Home Goods for a great price! Also, Check out this candle I love for under $12

8. Hello Starbucks Pumpkin Hot Chocolate: Treat yourself to a delicous pumpkin drink at Starbucks! It’s basically the taste of fall in a cup! I love when Starbucks breaks out the little red cups and it starts to feel all festive!
