Today I want to share with you what is currently on my vanity and all the makeup I have been using an loving! I am a sucker for makeup and beauty products, and have been obsessed with them since I was a little girl playing with my mom’s makeup. Over the years, I have tried SO many different makeup brands and products, and have also found out what I like and don’t like. I did acting right out of high school when I turned 18 until 4 years ago. Every job I booked I would always talk with the makeup artists and ask them what products and makeup they themselves loved and used all the time. Some of the products shown below are some of my all time favorites such as the Smashbox “Halo” Powder, MAC lipstick in “Angel,” lip liner in “Dervish,” and Bobbi Brown pink blush! These are products I have continued to buy over and over again and I absolutely LOVE them. I have found some amazing makeup products lately that I am obsessed with as well. Scroll down to read and see more about them all! XOXO
NYX Glam Gloss in “BEAT GOES ON” | NYX Soft Matte Cream in “TOKYO” | NYX Butter Gloss in “GLOSS ECLAIR” | NYX Butter Gloss in “CREME BRULEE”
This is my NEW favorite eyeshadow palate!!! It has all the colors I need for everyday and darker ones to take it to an evening look. I also love this Charlotte Tilbury cream eyeshadow pot in “BETTE”. It is the perfect gold shadow, and makes your eyes really pop! The best lip liners I have found! They are all pinks ranging from natural/brownish pink, bright pink and soft/nude pink!
These are two amazing mascaras that I use and LOVE. The L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara is comparable to mostly all the department store ones I have tried and it is really inexpensive. It easily coats every lash and makes them really dark too!!! I love the Butter London mascara, but if I had to stick with one forever it would be the Telescopic! The best Bronzer and Highlighter Duo from Charlotte Tilbury! I use the bronzer everyday to contour my cheeks and the rest of my face, and the highlighter down the bridge of my nose and on my cheeks. I love how subtle and natural they both look when applied, yet they do the job well! I am a blush fan and think blush really does tie together a whole makeup look. I love playing with different blush shades and these three are all my favs! The Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Cheek blush in “SEX ON FIRE” is great for a natural, everyday look. I love MAC mineralize blush in “GENTLE” for daytime and also evening as well. Lastly, my staple blush I will always love and use for an angelic or put together look is Bobbi Brown in “PALE PINK”! There are three different powders I use for different reasons. First, the pressed powder I use to set my under-eye counselor and before I apply my eyeshadow. The loose setting powder is translucent and I always have to set my foundation right after I apply it. Then, I will apply my blush, bronzer, etc. on top of that! This translucent powder leaves no color behind and leaves my foundation with a velvety, soft finish and look. My skin gets oily throughout the day, and this definitely helps a lot to prevent it from getting oily! The Smashbox Halo Powder is great for touch ups throughout the day or if you just want a light powder for on-the-go and don’t feel like applying foundation. It hydrates your skin and leaves it covered without it looking caked on.The makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury is known for doing the makeup for all the supermodels and Victoria Secret models. She started using this Magic Cream on all her clients and backstage years ago. She finally started her own makeup line, and started selling this “magic cream” for everyone to have! I know it is a bit on the pricey side, but I have LOVED the results after using this on my skin. I use massage it into my skin before I apply my foundation and primer. It has totally transformed the look and feel of my skin, and makes my makeup go on so smooth. It also doesn’t make my face look oily and greasy which is important for me! I highly recommend this every day cream for anyone looking for an amazing skin care product that will help your makeup look better! I got a sample of this Magic Foundation a couple months ago and have loved it since. I like how it has SPF 15 already in it, and the medium coverage which is build-able is so amazing. I wear the color “4” and it matches perfect with my skin. If you are debating which shade to get, I would actually go a shade lighter than you think, and just use bronzer and blush to add more color to your face! The concealor on the left is Cle de Peau and the one of the right is from the drugstore and is Maybelline Instant Age Rewind. Both work amazing and cover dark circles, pimples and anything else great!!! I love the feel and coverage the Cle de Peu gives, and the color also matches perfectly! The Instant Age Rewind is so easy to apply because of the twist and tap on applicator. The coverage and color are amazing as well! Both of these I highly recommend. This candle I get almost monthly smells SOOO heavenly and amazing. It makes our home smell so good and I’m obsessed with the scent! Trust me- its a must have!

Besides being a makeup junkie, I am also obsessed with skin care products. I joke that is a hobby of mine to find and use skin products that actually work!! I’ve been going to the dermatologist for years now, and have been using skincare products since the 6th grade! haha I have a strict skin routine that I do EVERY single day.
I don’t think I’ve ever missed a day! One of best skin tips I’ve heard over and over again, is to always wash your face before bed and never sleep with makeup on. I never fall asleep with my makeup on, and no matter how tired I am I always force myself to do it. During sleep, your skin is turning over and rejuvenating skin cells. So it’s important to not let the makeup sit and soak into your pores. Also, to prevent breaking out I wash my face brushes about once a week with a dishwasher soap. It pulls all the grease, dirt and oils out of the brushes and keeps them sanitary. I also keep my brushes separated from my makeup to prevent them from getting dirty so I won’t break out. Drinking TONS of water all day also helps keep my skin hydrated, glowy, and pimple free. During my pregnancy, I broke out the first trimester SO much. It was so hard to deal with and I didn’t want to go anywhere because it bothered me so much. I couldn’t use a lot of acne products, but I found the Belli skincare line which is made for pregnant women’s skin. It kept my skin clear the rest of my pregnancy!
I recently discovered Cacay Naturals when they reached out to me to try out their product. I tested it out for over a month, and honestly have been loving the results. Throughout my pregnancy and even after birth, my skin has been really dry and lacks luster. I’ve also noticed fine lines due to my skin being more dry. I have been incorporating my anti-aging Cacay oil into my nightly routine along with moisturizer. It has helped so much diminish the fine lines on my forehead and under my eyes! I also love how this is the pure oil and is 100% natural and 100% organic. It has 50% more vitamin E than Argan Oil, twice the amount of Linoeic Acid than Argan Oil, and 3 times more Retinol than Rose Hip Oil.
Here is what my skin routine looks like:
Step 1: Wash face with Gentle Cetaphil face cleanser with warm water and washcloth.
Step 2: Spray Caudalie Beauty Elixir all over face. I let it soak into my skin for a minute.
Step 3: Apply OSEA Atmosphere protecting cream
Step 4: Apply Supergoop SPF 50 Sunscreen. I apply at least an SPF 20+ every single day- even when it is cloudy outside. I also apply it to my neck and chest as well.
Step 3: Gently pat skin dry
Step 4: I use a cotton ball to swipe Mario Badescu Glycol Acid Toner all over my face.
Apply Cacay Oil all over skin- let it soak into skin
Step 5: I apply Lancome eye cream around my eyes.
Today I want to share with you a review on my new favorite beauty tool- my Luminess Air! Luminess Air is an airbrush makeup system that gives your skin a perfect airbrushed look! I have the Legend Airbrush Makeup System! You can airbrush your foundation, blush, bronzer, eyes, and body! It minimizes the appearance of uneven skin tone, fine lines, wrinkles and pores. My kit came with 4 foundations, 1 bush, 1 bronzer, 1 highlighter, and 1 primer/moisturizer. To create a perfect shade match for your skin, you can mix and match foundation colors too. I mix shade 2 and shade 3 to create the perfect color for my skin! You drop 5-8 drops into the wand of the machine and use the lever to control the application amount. You can apply a light layer, or a heavier layer for more coverage. The makeup evens out skin tone and diminishes wrinkles. It also feels feather light and not cakey on my skin. You use circular motions and continuously move the wand around all the areas of your face. The machine comes with a great how-to and step by step guide on how to apply the makeup which was really helpful!!
Everything that comes with the machine is dermatologist tested and recommended- so it won’t clog your pores! It is also a really sanitary way to apply makeup because you are never touching your face or using lots of different brushes that may carry bacteria. The wand is easy to clean, and the machine is small and light for travel. I love how I can have prefect, airbrushed makeup anytime I want at home- without having to go to a makeup artist! Most makeup artists I’ve been to for photoshoots, events, and acting use airbrush makeup. So I’m so happy to be able to have this professional system in the comfort of my own home and use it anytime I want!

Hey guys! Today I finally went to the pool for the first time this summer! It was so relaxing to just lay by the pool and enjoy time with my hubby! He’s been working so much lately, so it’s nice to get to a day where we spend every second together!! I got sent a package of Kopari products in the mail a little bit ago, and started trying them out… (Click below to continue reading)
Hey Guys! So today I wanted to share with you my tutorial for beachy waves! This is my go-to hairstyle and I’ve been doing this hairstyle for years now! I always use my rod curling iron to achieve this look and a few other products I can’t live without! As far as hair care goes, I only wash my hair about every three days. I have been loving Redken “All Soft” shampoo and conditioner! It does exactly what the name says- makes your hair super soft!! I used to use more expensive shampoo and conditioner, but my long hair would use it all up soo fast it got super expenisive to keep buying it! I love All Soft because it is comparable to Kerastase and leaves my hair feeling really soft and shiney- it is also a great price for both shampoo and conditioner! I also use It’s a 10 Leave-In Conditioner spray after I get out of the shower to detangle and make my hair more supple and soft! I also always use Kerastate Crème or Kendra Blow Dry Spray before I blow dry to prevent any split ends and damage! Before I use any hot tools on my hair, I also use Kendra Heat Protecting Spray!!!
So for my hair color and extensions I have been going to Kacey Welch at the Jonathan and George Salon in Beverly Hills for years now! She is the master of hair extensions and blondes in LA! She is soo talented and her work is always flawless! I love how I show her what I want and she always does exactly what I want! All of her coloring work is super natural looking and just going to her for hair color will transform your look! I also go to Kacey for my sewn-in extensions! It is just a weft of hair that matches my existing hair color, and she “sews” it into a row of small beads. I love these extensions over all the other kinds from tape to clip-ins, because it doesn’t damage your hair at all or pull out your original hair. I’ve heard horror stories of girls ending up with bald spots from the bead extensions or the tape in ones! Kacey’s method is by far the most damage-free method!!! It also blends super well with my own hair and you other people aren’t able to see it at all! These wefts can be left really long or cut short to be even with your own hair- if all you wanted was thickness. I use the extensions for both length and thickness! I also love that I don’t have to clip in extensions every day and worry about them coming loose or being seen! If you or anyone you know are looking into getting extensions, I highly recommend seeing Kacey for a consultation!!! For my hair color, I always ask Kacey for a soft, buttery, baby blonde! It always turns out really natural looking yet still fresh and bright! You can follow Kacey and see more of her work on her Instagram and on her website www.kaceywelch.com!
